So what does a deep cleaning include?
We really focus on the details! All of the dirt and grime that can build up over time in the heavy traffic areas such as the kitchen, family room, bathrooms, etc are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. This gives us a fresh, clean slate for routine cleanings, if you so choose. Below describes some deep clean activities:

Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates
Tables and chairs cleaned
Counter tops and black splash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

So what does a routine cleaning include?
All of the same activities as the deep clean! Routine cleanings take much less time than the initial deep clean since we’re working with a clean slate. The day to day dust and dirt is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Who provides the cleaning supplies and Equipment?
We do! We work with all name brand cleaning supplies and equipment including Hooverâ„¢, Tethysâ„¢, Pledgeâ„¢, Lysolâ„¢, Windexâ„¢, Mr. Clean Clean Freakâ„¢, Easy Offâ„¢, Scrubbing Bubblesâ„¢, Swifferâ„¢, and more! Have a special vacuum or cleaning supply you prefer us to use? Not a problem!
How much is this going to cost?
The initial deep clean is billed at an hourly rate. For example, a 2,500 sqft home that has not had a thorough cleaning in quite some time will take approximately 3 – 4 hours. This costs around $150 - $200.
The routine cleanings are billed at a set price, since we are now familiar with the home and know precisely how long it will take to clean the day to day dirt. For example, a 2,500 sqft home will cost about $100.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
We suggest that the homeowner is present for the initial clean so we can introduce ourselves and discuss details of the job and any areas of concern. For the routine cleanings, it is totally up to the homeowner to be home or not.
